| Shipping and Returns
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All stock items are typically shipped within 1-2 business days after you place your order. Out of stock items are typically shipped within 10-12 business days after you place your order. Please allow 2-3 weeks production time prior to delivery when purchasing a Hand Stamped Jewlery piece. We will send you an e-mail once your order has been processed.
Shipping:
All items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which requires a physical street address, based on the number of items you purchase. This is the most cost effective way to ship your items.
1 to 2 items: $4.80
3 to 5 items: $9.80
6 or more items: $12.95
If you are in need of expedited shipping or shipping outside of the U.S., please contact us and we can discuss other options.
Please note, if you live locally, and are purchasing a Nursing Cover, OnTray, Heelarious Shoes, you can select the local pick-up option and will not be charged for shipping. All other items are not stocked. Please contact us via phone or e-mail so we can arrange a time for you to pick-up your product(s).
Returns:
Non-Personalized Items:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 30 days from the purchase date on your receipt to return the item(s) for a full refund. Please note, clothing (i.e. tees, nursing covers) may be returned as long as they are in new, unworn/unwashed condition. If your clothing item(s) return does not meet our criteria, the item(s) will be sent back at the customer's cost.
For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Little Peanut Designs is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided.
Personalized Items:
Non-returnable unless the product is damaged upon receipt. Please contact us if your item is damaged.
